Ordering Instructions

Ordering on-line is simple. Just browse our store pages, and when you see an item you would like to buy, just click on the button. Our on-line ordering system will keep track of your order for you. No information is transmitted until you CHECKOUT, so you can add, change and remove items from your shopping cart as you go along.

Once you have completed your order and are satisfied, click on the button and you will be given a choice of ordering options:

1. Order by credit card on-line.
2. Order by FAX.
3. Order by Mail.

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail so you know your order is being processed. We usually process orders within 48 hours and ship via UPS Ground Service. Expect to receive your order (within the continental U.S.) within 5-7 business days. (Expedited shipping options are also available). If an item is out of stock we will notify you via e-mail.
